Firstly, why does everybody on this earth think that what can he possibly do to save the environment? It's a very silly question to ask yourself, when there are talks all around the world about how the flames of global warming are going to engulf the Earth in the next 50 years. So, is this really the end of the World? Did the person who made the movie, 'The Day After Tomorrow' already sense this catastrophe? Firstly, for all you people who have not seen this movie, rent a DVD today.
It's actually, absurd, when i read in the DNA, a woman saying that she is not taking the 'Global Warming Thing' very seriously because media is just 'manipulating' the information and this is just a propaganda. She probably doesn't or maybe can't see around her environment. The soaring temperature, which in turn results in more usage of the AC, the untimely monsoon, the melting glaciers, and more recently the tiger extinction threat, which will create an imbalance in the Eco system. God! Is there any news that's good news?
More recently, a country like China says that it will help this Eco issue, but will not take a lot of pressure on itself, urging the rich countries to contribute more. If each individual, each state, each nation keeps playing the 'blame game' will we be able to preserve a legacy for the future? I am yet to hear about a plan or strategy proposed by India, to lend a helping hand in this time of concern. Whoever is suffering because of whomever, if this goes on, soon there will be no 'World Environment Week' to celebrate.
